We invite original research contributions across ALL four (4) Tracks. Submissions should present novel ideas, methods, or applications in the areas of intelligent systems, infrastructure, governance, and security. Please check track details above for more information.


  • Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.

  • Accepted papers will be published in Springer proceedings.

  • Each accepted and published paper will receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) in the final volume.

The registration fee is $80 per paper, which covers publication and operational costs. Co-authors need not pay - it is an APC fees per paper that only corresponding author needs to register and pay. Payment secures your paper's submission slot.

Note that the $80 will be fully refunded if paper not accepted.

Also, there are no fees to be an attendee.

Submission is subject to capacity. Even if the deadline has not passed, the portal will close automatically for registration once maximum publication capacity for the Springer ACSAR series is reached. We recommend early registration.

Yes. However, reviewers cannot serve as an author or co-author for the same conference cycle. Apply here.

You may co-author up to three (3) different papers.

A maximum of four (4) authors per paper (including the primary author).

Papers should be in standard Springer Nature format. Once you register, we will send you the submission guidelines.

Each presentation is 15 minutes total, including Q&A.

There is a single full-paper submission deadline: March 31, 2026.There is no separate abstract submission.

Reviewers must register by March 15, 2026.

Yes. Final reviewer sign-off must be completed by May 15, 2026.

Accepted papers will be sent for publication by May 30, 2026.

Editorial production and final volume publication may take approximately 3–4 months. Authors will be notified of major milestones and updates.

Yes. Each accepted and published paper will receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) in the final volume.

Google Scholar indexing typically occurs within 2–6 weeks after publication.

Indexing timelines may vary depending on external indexing services.

Yes. All submissions undergo a structured single blind peer-review process. Each paper is reviewed by independent reviewers for originality, technical depth, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes. Final acceptance decisions are based on reviewer evaluations and program committee oversight.

This is an emerging conference series. Acceptance rates will depend on submission volume and review quality thresholds. Our focus is maintaining academic rigor rather than targeting a fixed percentage.

Yes, virtual presentations are the format. Presentation format details will be shared with accepted authors.

At least one author must present the paper for it to be included in the final proceedings. If no author presents, the paper may be removed from the published volume.

Yes. We welcome submissions from academia and industry. Papers should maintain technical rigor and follow Springer Nature formatting guidelines.

Yes. Student submissions are encouraged. All papers are evaluated under the same review standards.

Select papers may be recognized with Best Paper and Best Student Paper awards based on reviewer scores and committee evaluation.

Submissions must align with the official conference tracks (Agentic AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Identity & Governance, Scalable Intelligent Infrastructure). Interdisciplinary work bridging multiple tracks is encouraged.

Yes. All submissions are screened for originality using plagiarism detection tools prior to review.

The $80 serves as a registration and operational fee to secure a submission slot. It is fully refundable if the paper is not accepted.

Reviewers are asked to provide structured feedback covering originality, technical quality, clarity, and suggestions for improvement.

Yes. Accepted papers must submit a final camera-ready version incorporating reviewer feedback before publication.
